How do I wear Naami fragrances?

Apply to pulse points- wrists, inner elbows or behind the ears. You can reapply throughout the day as you wish, letting the scent evolve naturally with your moments.

Can I layer different Naami scents?

Yes, feel free to experiment and create a signature combination that feels uniquely yours.

Are these fragrances suitable for all seasons?

Every Naami fragrance is designed to work seamlessly in all seasons and occasions.

Can I try a fragrance before buying?

You can discover your signature scent with our discovery set and redeem £5 toward any full size bottle.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Cost & Method

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship worldwide for the time being. We hope to provide this in the future.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I exchange a fragrance if I change my mind?

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Can I return my order?

Returns are accepted within 14 days, as long as the product is unopened and undamaged.
