Can I exchange a fragrance if I change my mind?

Currently we do not offer exchanges. We hope to provide this in the future.

Can I return my order?

Returns are accepted within 14 days, as long as the product is unopened and undamaged.

To request a return, please email support@naami.co.uk with your order number. Returns must be approved before being sent back. 

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We are unable to accept returns on opened items.
